Customer Service Operator
Location: Glasgow Head Office, Caledonia House, Lawmoor Street, G5 0US
Full time: 37.5 hours per week. Working 5 over 7 days.

Here's what you can expect to be doing:
16. Handling inbound and outbound calls, and logging jobs in a fast-paced environment
17. Co-ordinating contractors and City Technicians to ensure they attend to our City standards
18. Working in partnership with customers to achieve results
19. Completing a variety of administrative tasks such as quotes, uplifts, emails
20. End-to-end job management
21. Working as part of a team to drive customer excellence

23. Helpdesk experience in facilities management
24. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
25. Accuracy and attention to detail
26. Ability to work as part of a team and effectively manage own workload
27. Administrative experience, including knowledge of Microsoft office packages
