Commercial Account Handler
Location: Rickmansworth
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus
Benefits: 5 days a week, in-house training, Cert CII support

Role Summary:
You'll join the commercial team handling a mixed portfolio (around 50% real estate) with premiums below £10k. This is a hands-on role where you'll develop your technical knowledge and client management skills with excellent in-house training and support towards Cert CII. You'll be part of a sociable, tight-knit team that works hard but enjoys success together.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management of a varied commercial and real estate portfolio developing multi-sector knowledge
* Handle premiums typically under £5k, building confidence and expertise
* Work closely with Account Handlers and Executives, gaining hands-on mentoring
* Deliver excellent client service while meeting deadlines
* Contribute to a friendly, collaborative office culture
Requirements:
* Some experience in commercial insurance handling (commercial or real estate)
* Eager to develop technical skills and progress career in broking
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Sociable, positive attitude and a willingness to learn
