More About the Team
We are looking to recruit a Customer Advisor on a Fixed Term Contract. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role offers an opportunity to join a growing area of the business.
Location & Working Hours
This role is based on site at Touchstone Bath. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9 am – 5:30 pm and Friday 9 am – 5 pm. After an initial period of training (2–4 weeks), the position offers hybrid working (three days at home).
Responsibilities
* Ensure the customer experience is of the highest standard.
* Provide administrative support in relation to all leasing activity and day‑to‑day operations.
* Coordinate and liaise with customers about their tenancies, negotiating rents and ending tenancies.
* Conduct regular market research and provide admin support to ensure applications are completed correctly.
Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in a similar role (Receptionist, Front of House, etc).
* Experience in administrative tasks.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
Basic DBS check is mandatory.
