Shift patterns: Mon to Thurs - 05:50-14:00 and 13:50-22:00
Fridays 05:50-11:20 and 11:10-16:40
Our client is a major manufacturer of bearings for the automotive and aerospace industries; they are truly global with a presence in over 129 countries! They are looking for Semi-Skilled Operators to join their busy manufacturing team.

Depending on experience you would complete a range of duties which can include:
* Support manufacturing process requirements
* Work to aerospace quality standards
* Actively participate and support Manufacturing Excellence
* Uphold Health and Safety Regulations
What experience will Semi-Skilled Operators need?
* Ability to interpret technical drawings
* Understanding tolerances torque and measurements
* To provide general support to team leader / manager in maintaining and improving overall effectiveness of the channel
* Ability to work to local quality standards
* Experience of working in a Manufacturing/Production environment
* Ability to work Safely and methodically
* Ability work to standardised work procedures and policies
* Experience of working on manufacturing Lines
* Good numeracy and literacy skills
* Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing (5s, Material Flow)
* Machine operating, some experience of- Milling, Turing, CNC operations - beneficial not essential
