Purpose
Provide leadership in engineering and technical activities, managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, ensuring technical solutions meet requirements, and maintaining high standards for health, safety, and environmental practices.
* Manage teams and resources effectively to meet future workload demands.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships, resolving technical and delivery issues.
* Oversee technical management and ensure quality standards are upheld.
* Promote a culture of engineering best practices and safety.
* Support business development through presentations, conferences, and technical papers.
About This Role
This role is suited for an experienced engineer with specialist knowledge, capable of handling complex work and providing mentorship. Chartered Engineer status or equivalent experience is required, along with a relevant engineering degree and significant demonstrable experience. Capable of registration with the Engineering Council at CEng level.
