Due to a strategic growth plan, we are currently looking for a CAD Manager with building services experience to join a leading design consultancy based in Lancashire to manage an existing small CAD Team.
If you have REVIT ability, then you would be encouraged to train in-house design engineers.

Duties:
* Managing the outputs and quality of the small existing CAD Team.
* Overseeing the drawing production and allocating work.
* Producing fully coordinated building services drawings.
* Identifying resource requirements and being responsible for growing the CAD Team.
* The role will be a mix of drawing production and quality management.
* Training design engineers on the use of REVIT (if applicable).
Skills and background:
* Knowledge of CAD packages.
* Management experience.
* Major residential project experience would be advantageous.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel.
