Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Group Finance Manager to join a leading employer in Hull on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role is ideal for a technically strong finance professional with experience in group reporting, statutory accounting, and managing audit and tax processes across multi-entity environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and consolidation of monthly group financial reports
* Ownership of year-end statutory accounts for multiple entities
* Manage and lead the external audit process
* Liaise with external tax advisers and ensure corporation tax compliance
* Support internal control improvements and reporting process enhancements
* Partner with internal stakeholders across the wider business to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Candidate Profile:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
* Strong background in statutory reporting and financial accounting
* Experience working within a group structure (multi-entity)
* Confident managing audit and liaising with external auditors
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Immediately available or on short notice preferred
