Commercial Account Manager (Account Handler)
We have fantastic opportunities for Commercial Account Managers / Account Handlers to join our team located in Reading.
This is the perfect role for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance, having worked in a Handler or Broker type role or within the Commercial Claims sector, looking to move into a new and exciting role within an established, market leading insurance broker.

We will rely on you to:
7. Work with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, by leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes
8. Strive to meet sales goals by partnering with Account Executives
9. Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards
10. Manage all day to day queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments
11. Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth
12. Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience
13. Maintains a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and understands and complies with all compliance, professional and transparency standards to better serve clients
What you need to have:
14. Strong business development skills
15. Commercial insurance knowledge across a broad range of products or experience within other areas of insurance, i.e Claims
16. Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
17. Articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilities
