Key attributes, qualities and experience required:
·Must have Lettings experience
* Recent experience in a senior role managing a team
* Industry recognised qualifications (Desirable)
·Proven track record of winning business and achieving targets
·Strong communication and negotiation skills
·IT literate with knowledge of standard letting agency software
·Fantastic knowledge of legislation, procedures and policies
·Have the ability to motivate your team and build rapport
·Approachable with excellent people skills
·Well presented with a professional attitude
·Clean driving licence and own car
Key Responsibilities:
·To lead and manage the lettings team to achieve targets
·To generate leads and attend valuations
·Creating new and varied ways of maximising business
·Analysing your teams performance
·Leasing with tenants and identifying their needs
·Conducting viewings and negotiating offers
·Offering a high level of customer service
·Assisting with any queries or enquires coming in to the business
·Must have local market knowledge
Hours include every Saturday 9am – 5pm with a day off during the week and 9am – 6pm M
