The Role
As a key member of the finance team, youll act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across the wider group, helping to drive strategic and commercial decision-making. This is a high-profile, value-adding role where youll have the opportunity to influence outcomes and shape performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on forecasting, month-end reporting, and strategic planning discussions
Provide robust financial analysis and challenge to support commercial decisions
Identify risks and opportunities, offering insight to drive business performance
Partner with the FP&A team to enhance financial reporting and planning processes
Drive process improvements and develop more efficient ways of working
Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities and support financial efficiency initiatives
About You:
Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or nearing completion of studies
Strong business partnering experience, ideally within a large or complex organisation
Excellent communication skills with the gravitas to influence and challenge non-finance colleagues
Commercially astute, analytical, and proactive in driving improvement
