The Role

As a Resourcing Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across some of our Head Office functions. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract, select, and onboard top talent that aligns with our business objectives and values. This is a key role in driving our resourcing strategy and ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement resourcing strategies and plans for your functions in alignment with the overall HR and business strategies.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their resourcing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices, market insights, and talent pipelines.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates to fill vacancies in a timely and efficient manner.
* Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sources to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including competency-based interviews, and psychometric assessments to ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
* Manage the offer and negotiation process, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires, including supporting the completion of all pre-employment checks and documentation.
* Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices, and conduct training sessions as needed.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
* Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
* Stay updated on industry trends, talent market, and recruitment best practices, and share insights and recommendations with the HR team and hiring managers.
The Person
To be successful, we'd like you to show us that you have:
* Extensive recruitment experience, preferably in retail or multi-site businesses.
* Track record in managing large-scale hiring projects and working with stakeholders.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders.
* Proven experience of direct or executive search.
* Proficiency in recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS).
* Data analysis skills for hiring metrics.
* Strong communication and networking skills.
* Problem-solving and adaptability.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
