* Acting as first point of contact for all enquiries via phone and email
* Champion the brand through strong communication skills
* Liaise with team members to deliver great service
* Ensuring enquiries are actioned in a proficient, timely manner
* Sharing knowledge of products to customers, providing support and advice
* Work closely with the managers
* Assist with any adhoc administrative duties
Requirements
* Have excellent communication skills; both verbal and written - Italian speaker essential
* Strong MS Office skills
* Be proactive and hardworking
* Have a fantastic telephone manner and a passion for customer service
