With a strong community of members and a steady flow of visitors, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality experience both on and off the course. We are now looking for a friendly and reliable Golf Shop Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our busy golf operation. Key responsibilities Manage the golf shop and support daily operations. Handle tee time bookings and respond to customer enquiries. Welcome golfers and sign-in members for competitions. Assist with first tee management to ensure smooth flow of play. Process retail sales, including golf balls, gloves, hats and accessories. Deliver excellent customer service at all times. Support the golf manager with general operational duties. Skills and experience A positive, friendly and professional attitude. Strong customer service skills. Good organisational and communication abilities. An interest in golf is preferred but not essential. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative. Benefits Salary circa £27,000 per year (pro rata for part-time). 28 days paid holiday, including bank holidays (pro rata where applicable). Working hours Shifts worked on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays. Summer hours are typically between 7:30 am and 7:00 pm.
