This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible and offers a highly rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people who require additional support to access education and develop essential life skills. This role would suit someone with previous experience working within a SEND school or specialist educational setting. However, we also welcome applications from individuals who have strong transferable skills gained in care homes, residential settings, supported living environments, youth work or other support-based roles. About the Setting The provision supports young people aged 11 to 19 with a wide range of complex needs.
