What you'll do
- Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
- Solve problems swiftly and delegate tasks effectively
- Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed
- Manage operations within your store and oversee colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Manager
- Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
- Provide excellent customer service
- Working hours: Mornings 05:00 - 13:30 / Evenings 13:30 - 22:30

- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to delegate tasks and motivate your team
- Patience and a friendly manner, able to stay calm under pressure
