About the Role
We’re looking for a qualified Montessori Teacher (QTS, EYTS or equivalent) to lead our Pre-School room (ages 3–5) and deliver an engaging, child-led curriculum in a nurturing and inspiring setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver high‑quality, engaging learning experiences aligned with the EYFS.
* Observe, assess and track children’s progress to inform next steps.
* Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
* Build strong relationships with children, families and the nursery team.
What You Need
* QTS, EYTS or an equivalent early years teaching qualification.
* Strong EYFS knowledge with proven teaching experience.
* Confident in planning, assessing and leading high‑quality learning.
* Warm, positive communicator who builds strong relationships with children and families.
