Serve up summer in our new social space. Summer Social is a vibrant space where guests can relax, eat, drink and connect. Bringing families and friends together with a lively atmosphere and a large outdoor screen showing sport, films and family entertainment.
What You'll Be Doing
* Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
* Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment.
* Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment.
* Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations.
* You may be required to work in other units during adverse weather conditions.

Your working hours
* Full-time, your working hours will fall between 9am – 10pm.
* You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
* This role includes weekends and bank holidays.

* Due to bar service, applicants must be aged 18 years or over.
* Ability to build relationships with colleagues and lead the team.
* Excellent communicator.

* Professional, approachable and calm under pressure.
