Overview
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing vehicles for painting (masking, sanding, priming, etc.)
* Mixing and matching paint colours
* Spray painting vehicles to a high standard
* Polishing and finishing work to factory or better quality
* Carrying out touch-ups and minor repairs
* Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
* Inspecting finished work for quality and accuracy
Requirements
* Proven experience as a vehicle body sprayer/paint technician - 5 years or more preferred
* Knowledge of various paint types and application techniques
* Good eye for detail and a commitment to producing top-quality finishes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £15.28-£20.42 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
