Position: Team Leader (Day Shifts)
Compensation: GBP 15.45 per hour, plus additional incentives
Schedule: Full-time, 7 am - 7 pm, 3:4 shifts per week, including alternate weekends and an on-call weekend rota
Location: Mansfield

This Team Leader role is an opportunity for an experienced individual to provide compassionate, resident-focused care while leading and supporting a dedicated team. Primary Responsibilities
As Team Leader, the individual will provide the highest standard of care while promoting the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents. Responsibilities include:
* Leading the team to deliver personalized care, respecting each resident's choice, dignity, and independence
* Supporting caregivers in providing personal care and daily assistance, such as washing, dressing, and eating
* Administering medication accurately
* Providing input during shift handovers to ensure continuity of care
* Upholding a positive, resident-centered environment
Essential Qualifications And Experience
* Relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or Registered Nurse)
* Minimum one year of experience in a residential or nursing home setting
* Understanding of person-centered care principles and safeguarding
* Full driver’s license
* Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to signs of abuse
* Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
* Ability to commute within 30 minutes of the location
