Service Administrator
📍 Maidenhead (Relocating to Marlow)
🕒 Monday to Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
💰 £30,000+ DOE
Join a well-established and forward-thinking company in the agricultural sector as a Service Administrator, supporting a busy service department and playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
As the business prepares to move to a new site in Marlow, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, precision, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate stock orders from various manufacturers and suppliers
Organise dispatch and delivery of parts to customers
Manage warranty processes, ensuring timely returns and accurate billing
Maintain and update parts manuals and documentation
Use software systems including Sage, CRM, and Health & Safety platforms
Handle incoming calls from suppliers and customers with professionalism
Collaborate with the service team to meet performance and customer service goals
Support housekeeping and health & safety compliance across the department
Prepare accurate reports and contribute to monthly team meetings
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Experience with administrative systems (Sage or similar is a plus)
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Interest or background in the agricultural sector is beneficial but not essential
