About The Programme
The Progressive Graduate Scheme is a distinctive two‑year programme, offering four six‑month rotations across a range of dynamic teams. Designed to give you meaningful exposure to different areas of the business, the scheme allows you to develop your skills, explore your interests and make a tangible impact along the way. You’ll also have the opportunity to showcase your talents by leading impactful community projects in partnership with our charity partners. Throughout the programme, you’ll be fully supported with access to tailored training, alongside guidance from a dedicated buddy and an experienced business mentor at every stage of your journey.
About The Role
What You Will Do
You will rotate across different teams. These may include:
* IT and Digital: Working on new systems and digital services
* Operations: Helping to improve processes and member experience
* Finance: Working on planning, reporting, and analysis
* Business Support: Helping the organisation run smoothly and responsibly
* Risk: Understanding how we protect the Society
* HR: Nurturing and developing our employees
You will work on real tasks that make a difference to our members and communities.
