Responsibilities:
* Design visually compelling presentations, layouts, and creative mockups that align with the requirements of the project.
* Continuously create visually engaging designs whilst having strong attention to detail on alignment, consistency, hierarchy and use of white space.
* Communicate and collaborate effectively with other teams within the agency.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
* Produce high-quality designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
* Be able to confidently present and explain design concepts to colleagues.
* Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices within design.
* Reviewing designs for accuracy and being able to action feedback efficiently and effectively.
* Having a good eye for visual storytelling to create well-thought-out presentations.
Required Experience:
* Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
* Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
* Proficiency in Presentation programs such as Microsoft Powerpoint & Google Slides.
* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.
