The Role This is a senior interim opportunity within a fast-paced and acquisitive UK business. The role will take ownership of core financial reporting activities, manage a small reporting team, and ensure continuity and robustness in reporting during a period of ongoing change. Key Responsibilities Full ownership of the budget cycle Lead cash flow forecasting Preparation and delivery of board-level reporting Ownership of the statutory accounts process Responsibility for group reporting Line management of a reporting team of three Support wider financial reporting requirements across the UK business Quickly embed into the function and add value in an interim capacity Experience Required Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) Background from practice or industry Strong hands-on statutory accounts preparation experience Proven group reporting experience Able to hit the ground running Comfortable managing a small reporting team Experience operating in fast-moving or acquisitive environments advantageous Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
