What you will be doing
* Sourcing suitable candidates and fully briefing them on the opportunity and package available
* Continual development of knowledge within the sector you are operating in
* Ensuring our CRM is kept up to date and company processes are followed
* Meeting individual targets set
* Developing and maintaining key candidate relationships

* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Strong communication, both verbal and written
* A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
* Hunger to learn and develop both personally and professionally
* Comfortable working in a sales activity & financially targeted environment and be motivated to achieve/exceed goals
* The ability to overcome objections and be persistent
