About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and tailored support across EYFS to KS2. From one-on-one interventions to group activities, your role will be dynamic and rewarding. Key Responsibilities of Teaching Assistant (TA) Support teachers in planning and delivering personalised learning experiences. Provide targeted interventions to boost academic and social development. Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to reviews. Collaborate with staff and external professionals to ensure holistic support. Requirements for Teaching Assistant (TA) Experience working across EYFS to KS2. A genuine passion for supporting children’s education. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable). Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
