We’re on a mission to make our operations cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable — and we’re looking for a passionate Environmental Data & Solutions Analyst to help us do it. About the Role As our Environmental Data & Solutions Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping us understand and reduce our environmental impact. You’ll support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of environmental initiatives across our projects and operations, ensuring compliance with legislation and driving continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with our SHEQ, design, and project teams to turn data into insight — building dashboards, analysing sustainability performance, and supporting the rollout of low-code/no-code tools to automate and improve reporting. What You’ll Do * Analyse environmental and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Monitor sustainability KPIs and report progress against company goals. * Conduct life cycle and carbon footprint assessments. * Develop and maintain dashboards and automated workflows (Power BI, Airtable, Power Automate, etc.). * Collaborate across teams to embed sustainability into daily operations and decision-making. * Support corporate social responsibility and ESG framework development. What We’re Looking For Essential: * Environmental or Sustainability certification (NEBOSH Environmental, IEMA Foundation, or equivalent). * Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A–C or equivalent) including Maths, Science, and English. * Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools. Desirable: * Degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field. * 3–5 years’ experience in an environmental or data analysis role. * Understanding of ISO 14001 standards and UK environmental legislation. * Experience in utilities, civil infrastructure, or engineering sectors.
