Are you passionate about marketing, bursting with creativity, and ready to make an impact?
We're looking for two talented marketing and communications assistants to join our central marketing team.
In this varied role, you'll thrive in a busy environment, enjoy juggling multiple tasks, and will develop compelling content for our academies, as well as working on a wide range of internal and external communications activities.
This is a hybrid role, where you'll spend time at our head office in Retford, as well as working remotely. We have two roles on offer – one working full time, all year round; one working full time, term time only.
The opportunity
We are seeking a proactive individual who can use their experience to support day-to-day marketing and communications activity, taking a customer centric approach. You'll be experienced in social media with sound copywriting, digital marketing and content creation skills.
You'll be working within a friendly and supportive team environment, with plenty of opportunities for you to flourish and grow.
The successful candidate will:
* support the planning and delivery of key marketing campaigns and initiatives;
* assist with internal and external communications activities;
* coordinate marketing assets and materials;
* create, manage and schedule engaging content across multiple web and social media platforms.
Essential
* Experience of supporting the delivery of multi-channel marketing and communication plans.
* Experience in digital marketing.
* Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
Desirable
* Experience in PR or internal communications.
