Following our recent review of the People team, we have an exciting opportunity for a coordinator who will be at the forefront of engaging with our internal and external candidates and working closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth interviews and onboarding processes.
As a key, multiskilled player in our team, you'll also manage essential administrative tasks and provide exceptional support in the onboarding / Prehires process across Anglian Water.
If you have a passion for customer service, a knack for solving problems, and a keen eye for detail - a full-time role allowing you to work from home and at Lancaster House in Huntingdon is perfect for you.

What does it take to be an Onboarding and Recruitment Coordinator?
* Excellent problem solving and organisational skills
* Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
* Superb attention to detail and the ability to pay attention to the small details to ensure compliance
* Ability to manage your own workload and timings, prioritising when needed
* Excellent IT skills with proven experience of O 365 applications
* Experience of dealing with customers and onboarding would be beneficial but not essential
* Aptitude and ability to work in a fast paced and continuous improvement focussed environment
