Housing Support WorkerPermanent37 Hours per week £25,000 - £27,000 Luton
Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to support vulnerable young people on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:
* Deliver person-centred support, including regular one-to-one sessions tailored to individual circumstances.
* Assist individuals in maintaining their accommodation and working towards positive future housing outcomes.
* Complete and maintain support plans, reviews, and risk assessments.
* Support individuals to access benefits, manage personal finances and understand their financial responsibilities.
* Conduct regular property visits and basic health and safety checks within accommodation settings.
* Maintain accurate records and update relevant internal systems.
* Promote safeguarding.
Essential Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Enhanced DBS
