About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing senior negotiator, valuer, or existing assistant manager who is looking to step up into a strong, performance-driven branch environment with genuine earning potential.
You will play a key role in supporting branch performance, driving revenue growth, winning instructions, and leading by example within the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch
* Drive new business opportunities and consistently win property instructions
* Conduct valuations and convert them into instructions
* Support, motivate, and develop junior team members
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
* Contribute to achieving and exceeding branch targets
* Maintain high standards of compliance and professionalism
* Assist in coaching and improving overall team performance
About You
They are looking for candidates with a proven track record in estate agency, ideally in a senior negotiator, valuer, or assistant manager role.
You will be:
* Highly motivated with a strong desire to progress your career
* Confident in winning instructions and generating business
* Experienced in residential sales within estate agency
* A natural communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Able xsngvjr to lead by example and support team performance
