Our facilities welcome thousands of visitors each week and we’re committed to ensuring every experience is not only enjoyable but also meets the highest standards of safety and quality. In this role, you’ll be the guardian of our compliance standards and the driving force behind our training programmes. You’ll make sure our teams are confident, capable, and compliant — so our customers can focus on enjoying their time with us. Your work will directly protect the wellbeing of our visitors and staff, while helping us maintain our reputation as a trusted leisure provider. Lead on health, safety, and compliance checks across all leisure sites, ensuring we meet or exceed HSE regulations and industry best practice. Design and co-ordinate engaging training sessions for staff Conduct regular audits and risk assessments, providing clear action plans and follow-up support. Keep up to date with legislation changes, translating them into practical, easy-to-follow guidance for teams. Collaborate with managers to embed a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning. Maintain accurate training and compliance records, ready for internal and external inspections.
