We are currently recruiting for a leading company located in the heart of Winsford Industrial Estate, and we invite individuals seeking to join an expanding and reputable organization that invests in its staff.
Responsibilities:
* Following technical drawings and specification sheets
* MIG welding to a high standard
* Managing personal PPE and welding equipment
* Working independently or as part of a team to meet production targets
* Following instructions from team members and senior staff
* Adhering to health and safety regulations
* Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the production area
* Minimizing waste and efficiently using raw materials and consumables
* Ensuring a safe working environment at all times
The company values flexibility; employees may be asked to perform additional duties, for which proper training will be provided.
Skills and Experience:
* Hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in commercial vehicle bodywork or trailer manufacturing
* Experience with high-quality assembly, including MIG welding of mild steel (3mm – 20mm)
* Proficiency with various hand tools
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings
* Commitment to maintaining production quality and output

Welder Day Shift:
Responsibilities mirror those outlined above, with a focus on high-quality assembly and welding tasks.
Salary: £34,096 per annum (£15.80 per hour), with overtime opportunities.
Working Hours: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch and a 3:30 pm finish on Fridays. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on business needs.
