Summary
As a Night Care Assistant, you will be essential in providing compassionate and attentive care to residents during nighttime hours. Reporting to the Care Manager, your role involves assisting with personal care, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring a safe environment. Core skills in caregiving will be complemented by premium skills in driving, care plans, and home care. Your effective communication and IT skills will enhance the quality of care provided. You will be working alongside another member of the team looking after 24 residents throughout the night from 10pm - 8am for a minimum of 3 nights per week, but maybe more if you wish to cover additional shifts. It is a permanent contract, with training available, The job induction and Training will be on day hours of 8am - 3pm at a rate of £12.21 per hour, and then a Probationary night rate of £13.21 rising to £13.75 an hour after completion of all Night Training and Probationary Period.
