Conduct research and provide scenario analysis to support decision-making in energy market design and regulatory frameworks. Prepare clear, evidence-based reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Present complex technical information in a concise and accessible manner. Collaborate across teams and external stakeholders to achieve program goals. The Person: Relevant third-level qualification (data science, economics, engineering, or related field). 5 years’ experience in data analysis within the energy sector or a similarly complex environment. Strong proficiency in Python, R, and Excel for managing large datasets. Proven ability to communicate technical findings to a wide range of stakeholders.
