What you'll do: Proactively search for and pool talent for senior and specialist, live and future vacancies Reduce agency spending and raise brand awareness in key markets. Partner with the Resourcing Team to complement other direct sourcing methods and develop talent pools for key future vacancies Review continuous improvement projects and share ideas Maintain relationships with Stakeholders, being on hand to assist when needed. Uphold the Groups commitment to safeguarding the children and young people in our care by championing our safer recruitment standards What we're looking for: Continuous improvement experience Previous experience in taking recruiting manager briefs on key roles Proven experience in searching for candidates using a variety of different platforms and qualifying candidates before presenting them to the stakeholders The ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders A firm understanding of advertising content and methods and able to generate further ideas and trial them Excellent verbal and written communication Shortlisting and interviewing experience Why join Outcomes First Group?
