This role has two main duties: writing engaging, high-quality training material incorporating the science and research of BRE into BREEAM sustainability schemes, and supporting the publishing and editing of a range of technical content using single source publishing software.

Your role at BRE
* Work with industry experts to develop high quality training content.
* Ensure that our training is up to date and relevant.
* Ensure a consistent approach and voice to BREEAM training courses.
* Work with the BRE Academy, and other areas of the business to provide courses that increase our client base and revenue.
* Assist with updating and publishing technical documentation using single source publishing software.
Your profile
Essential:
* Experience of reading technical information and developing technical training products.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proven ability to use software to generate online training materials, and to learn and implement new approaches and systems where required.
* Ability to work closely with technical specialists to translate and condense complex technical information into clear, simple, and easy to understand training material or technical documentation.
* Collaborate with colleagues in BRE Academy and other departments to understand and meet business needs.
* Prioritise workloads and achieve deadlines.
* Work unsupervised and communicate progress to the teamand stakeholders.
Desirable:
* Design experience, preferably with an understanding of how to create simple, effective visuals.
* Ability to write voice over scripts to accompany video content training and filmed online training content.
* Experience of editing written content for multiple stakeholders.
* Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS) and version control systems (Subversion or Git).
* Experience working with single source publishing software (for example, MadCap Flare)
