Responsibilities
* Be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of your own work, including the management of your patient caseload.
* Undertake comprehensive assessments of patients, including those with complex presentations or multiple pathologies.
* Use advanced clinical reasoning and manual assessment techniques to provide accurate diagnoses.
* Formulate and implement individualised treatment programmes based on evidence-based practice and a range of therapeutic options.
* Continuously evaluate treatment outcomes and adapt care plans using sound clinical reasoning.
* Establish accurate prognoses, recommend appropriate interventions, and develop thorough treatment and discharge plans.
* Assess patients\' understanding of treatment proposals and obtain valid consent.
* Work within the legal framework when treating patients who may lack the capacity to consent

Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Recognised qualification degree / equivalent in physiotherapy
* HCPC registration
Experience
Essential criteria
* Previous clinical experience relevant to post
* Contribution to clinical education of less experienced staff, Technical Instructor or assistants.
Desirable criteria
* Experience of providing clinical supervision
* Previous NHS experience
* Previous experience of SystmOne
Knowledge and Abilities
Essential criteria
* Basic IT skills
* Ability to manage a clinical caseload
Desirable criteria
* Evidence of relevant post graduate training courses
