Head of Hospitality

Were looking for an exceptional Head of Hospitality to lead front-of-house standards across our small but ambitious London restaurant group. This is a senior, hands-on role for a hospitality leader who lives and breathes service, culture, and people development.
The Role
As Head of Hospitality, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining outstanding guest experience across all sites. Youll work closely with senior leadership, site managers, and kitchen teams to ensure our restaurants deliver warm, consistent, and memorable service every day.
Key Responsibilities
Own and elevate hospitality standards across all restaurants
Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and FOH teams
Create and embed service training programmes and SOPs
Be a visible presence in the restaurants, leading by example
Drive guest satisfaction, reputation, and repeat business
Support openings, relaunches, and new projects as the group grows
Work closely with operations on staffing, performance, and culture
About You
Proven senior hospitality leadership experience (multi-site preferred)
Passionate about service, people, and creating great guest experiences
Strong coach and motivator with high emotional intelligence
Commercially aware, with an eye on both quality and efficiency
Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a growing business
