HGV CLASS 2 ADR DRIVERPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver to join our well-established client based in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent hourly rates, consistent work, and long-term development for both experienced and newly qualified drivers.This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver or Truck Driver .Shifts:• Day shifts – Monday to Friday • Circa 05:00 start timesRates of Pay:• £17.00 per hourBenefits:As an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver, you will receive:• Excellent hourly rates – PAYE role (holidays accrued separately) • Weekly pay • Ongoing work with full training and support • Immediate starts available • Company discounts after qualifying period • Staff canteen • Free on-site parking • Employee well-being programmeDay-to-Day Duties:As an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver, your duties will include (but are not limited to):• Operating and driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently • Delivering to RDCs and customer sites • Completing loading and unloading duties safely and accurately • Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects • Adhering to all traffic laws and road safety regulations • Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork • Communicating effectively with dispatch teams, customers, and site staff • Working alongside a Driver's Mate to complete multi-drop deliveries where requiredEssential Skills:To be successful as an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver, you will need:• Valid UK Category C Licence • Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card • European ADR qualification • No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, or CD codes) • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude • Good communication and customer service skills • Understanding of road safety and compliance regulationsDesirable Experience:• Previous commercial or multi-drop delivery experience • Experience handling large or bulky goods • Good customer interaction and service skillsTraining Provided:• Full industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignmentApply: If you are ready to take on this opportunity as an HGV Class 2 ADR Driver based in Middlesbrough, apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.People Solutions do not charge candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.TPBN1_UKTJ
