Are you an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Modern Foreign Languages looking to begin your teaching career in a vibrant and supportive school?
Our client, a welcoming and forward-thinking academy based in Braintree, Essex, is seeking to appoint a motivated and passionate MFL ECT to join their team from September 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher eager to contribute to a thriving Languages department and grow professionally in a school that values diversity, communication, and global learning.
About the Role:
Teaching Modern Foreign Languages at KS3 and KS4 (French and/or Spanish preferred)
Delivering engaging and culturally rich lessons that promote language acquisition
Working collaboratively within an experienced and supportive MFL department
Participating in a structured ECT induction programme with ongoing mentoring
Opportunities for enrichment activities, trips, and CPD
About You:
A qualified MFL teacher (or due to qualify by July 2025)
Passionate about teaching languages and fostering global awareness
Dedicated to inclusive and high-quality teaching and learning
A reflective practitioner who works well in a team environment
Able to inspire and support students of all abilities
