Overview
Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting for a full time Lecturer in Vehicle Repair to work in an exceptional College in central Hull, starting ASAP and lasting initially until October 24th. This is to cover a period of absence, so the exact length of time is difficult to establish, but may well extend. Payment is between 20 and 40 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours are 8:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday. Part-time candidates (2-4 days per week) are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
* Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 BTEC to students and guide them through their course.
* Provide planning and marking for the role; use available resources, keeping planning requirements minimal.
* Contribute to a positive department environment within the Construction/Welding area and support the transition into the college.
Qualifications
* Has a PGCE/QTS/Cert Ed.
* Experience teaching Vehicle Repair (ideal).
* Experience working within schools in the UK (desirable).
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
* CV must cover the full CV history.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
