Are you ready to make a sustainable impact with London's premier recycling company? First Mile is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team at our Head Office in Central London. We work with large clients and are looking for a great BD Executive to grow our portfolio further.
Key Responsibilities
* Seize opportunities: converting leads into loyal clients who do the right thing for the planet
* Hit targets hard: drive individual and team success by achieving quarterly and annual goals, securing sign-ups, winning tenders and boosting sales
* Build relationships: engage potential clients and upsell recycling services
* Own the process: support the creation of pitch decks and ensure communications are on point
Requirements
* Previous experience in a B2B sales role is preferred
* Persistence and resilience in every interaction
* Enthusiasm and drive with a positive attitude
* Strong communication: tailor messages to captivate and engage any audience
* Closing skills: ability to get sales over the line
* Tech skills: proficient with MS Office; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus

* A basic salary of £38,000-£40,000 depending on experience and up to 50% OTE
