Sales Negotiator – Hampstead
Basic Salary £20,000 - £22,000, OTE £50,000

We are looking for a Negotiator with the following skills:

Key Responsibilities:
* Actively looking to exceed your KPI’s.
* Arrange viewings & converting enquiries.
* Provide feedback to Vendors after each viewing.
* Sending out offer forms and negotiating terms with your buyers.
* Uploading new properties onto the portals via the CRM
* Organizing Keys & Sales Boards.
* Participate in constructive morning meetings
* Canvasing and prospecting new business.
* Delivering incredible Service and achieving 5 Star Google Reviews.
* Responsible for social media posts of properties and success stories.
* Taking Photos and videos of properties
* Managing your own diary and making sure you are using your time efficiently.
