Fantastic opportunity for an established Financial Controller or Finance Manager to join an ambitious and growing SaaS business on a part-time basis.

As they scale, they are looking for a commercially minded Financial Controller to oversee financial management and provide strategic guidance to drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with the Board and senior leadership to ensure financial integrity and align strategies with company goals.
The role includes:
* Tracking and analyzing key KPIs
* Partnering with leadership on pricing models, unit economics, and growth forecasts
* Providing financial modeling, supporting fundraising, and board reporting
* Preparing and presenting financial statements, ensuring compliance with standards
* Leading budgeting processes and offering variance analysis and cost/revenue optimization
* Monitoring cash flow and creating forecasts
* Developing financial strategies with senior leadership
* Ensuring tax compliance, managing audits, and staying updated on regulations
* Managing accounts payable and receivable processes
* Running monthly payroll and managing staff benefits and deductions
* Implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing financial systems
* Delivering clear financial reports to stakeholders and board members
* Collaborating with the Executive team to evaluate operations
The Candidate:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience
* Alternatively, qualified by experience with sector-relevant 10+ years experience
* Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or Senior Finance Manager, preferably in SaaS or IT/Tech
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in Excel and Xero (preferred)
* Comprehensive accounting experience including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
