Job Title: IFA AdministratorWe are currently seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join a well-respected firm in Maidenhead.. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in supporting two principal advisers and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
IFA Administrator key responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to two Independent Financial Advisors in day-to-day operations.
* Utilise back office systems and workflows (Intelliflo)
* Assist in the preparation and processing of client documentation and financial transactions.
* Processing of new business
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using our internal systems.
* Liaise with clients, both in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
IFA Administrator role requirements:
* Exposure to Financial Services administration (min 3 years) is essential
* Also can consider post-graduates or people with a keenness to get into the industry
* Knowledge of using a CRM (Intelliflo)
* Proactivity and drive to forge a successful career within Financial Planning
