Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join a growing company in the aerospace and electronics manufacturing sector. This is a strategic role requiring a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, quality management systems, and a proven ability to drive high standards across teams and processes.
Key responsibilities:
* Maintain awareness and ensure compliance with EASA, CAA, MAA regulatory frameworks and aerospace quality requirements
* Lead external audits, accreditation processes, and customer quality engagements
* Utilise QMS tools such as Q-Pulse or equivalent to manage quality processes and records
* Apply deep technical knowledge of electronics and microelectronics manufacturing to support design, production, and testing quality
* Build, mentor, and lead high-performing quality teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
* Collaborate across functions to drive quality culture change and embed best practices
* Provide strategic guidance while maintaining a hands-on approach to problem-solving
* Demonstrate commercial awareness, balancing compliance with business priorities
