We are looking for a reliable and experienced Sprayer / Poweder coater to join our team in Malvern.
Key Responsibilities
Spraying & Powder Coating
* Prepare parts for powder coating or wet spraying
* Operate powder coating and/or spray equipment
* Apply coatings to the required thickness and finish
* Carry out colour changes and basic equipment adjustments
* Ensure finished products meet quality standards
* Monitor curing ovens and finishing processes
Preparation Duties
* Cleaning, masking, sanding, and prepping parts prior to coating
* Hanging and removing parts from paint lines
* Inspecting parts before and after coating
* Identifying and reporting defects or rework requirements
Packing & Dispatch Support
* Carefully packing finished products to prevent damage
* Labelling and preparing items for dispatch
* Supporting stock control and order preparation
* Maintaining an organised packing area
General Paint Shop Support
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Supporting team members to meet production targets
* Assisting with other duties as required within the Paint Shop

Skills & Experience
Essential
* Previous experience in powder coating or industrial spraying
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work to quality standards
* Understanding of basic health and safety practices
* Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable
* Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
* Knowledge of different coating types and finishes
* Experience using curing ovens
* Basic quality inspection experience
