RG Consultancy are working with a reputable business based near Headingley, Leeds who are looking for a strong accounts administrator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This role is reporting into the financial director and will be joining a team of 3 within the department. Job Purpose: The Accounts Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the finance and office teams, assisting with accounting, administrative, and admin/office duties to ensure the smooth running of the business. Key Responsibilities: Process purchase ledger and sales ledger transactions Bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare and manage CIS invoices Assist with month end journals Perform data entry and general administrative tasks Order and manage office supplies, including stationery etc Provide general office support as required Person Specification: Experience working in an SME environment is essential Strong organisational and administrative skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility on start and finish times 25 days holiday per year bank holidays Company pension scheme Parking, small friendly office environment
