Empowering Learning is recruiting Teaching Assistants for specialist provisions supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, autism and challenging behaviour. Many of these young people have experienced difficulties in mainstream education and need positive role models who can build trust, create boundaries and help them re-engage with learning.
