Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (AWS & Azure)
Hybrid: 2 Days on Site in Reading
Perm: £60k (higher for the right candidate)

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer to support the design, development and maintenance of AWS and Azure cloud environments, alongside on-premise infrastructure. The role focuses on improving system performance, security and reliability.
Responsibilities
* Design and deploy cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
* Maintain and improve existing AWS and Azure environments.
* Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
* Ensure security best practices and cloud governance are followed.
* Work with IT, development and cyber security teams.
* Monitor systems and recommend performance and cost improvements (FinOps).
Required Skills
* Must have hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure
* Strong cloud infrastructure and deployment experience
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* PowerShell Scripting
* VMware
* Networking
* Linux administration
* Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools
